The 989ph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR age restriction guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. 989ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age will be immediately suspended, and personal data associated with the account will be deleted in accordance with applicable law, with any deposited funds returned to the payment source.
