Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 989ph may immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit account balances in their entirety.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You undertake to update your account details promptly should any information change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including false date of birth for the purpose of circumventing the 21+ age restriction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). 989ph operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents prior to processing withdrawals or upon reaching specified deposit thresholds. Accepted Philippine identification documents include the PhilSys National ID, Passport, UMID, and Driver's License. 989ph may suspend withdrawal privileges until KYC requirements are satisfied.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 989ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 989ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 Account Ownership. 989ph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or assign your account or any account benefits to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 989ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet. All transactions on the 989ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 989ph account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the respective e-wallet provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank and time of day.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 989ph reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the 989ph Cashier page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at 989ph's discretion with reasonable prior notice.
4.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 989ph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. 989ph complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and may report suspicious transaction activity to relevant Philippine authorities.
5.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 989ph are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms stated at the time of the offer. General Terms apply in addition to any specific promotional terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated promotional period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. 989ph reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotional award where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation of promotion mechanics, use of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotional offer.
5.4 No Obligation. 989ph is under no obligation to offer any bonus, promotion, or reward. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the 989ph platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or in the Help section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to wagering.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager or bet is only valid once confirmed by the 989ph system and deducted from your account balance. 989ph reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including due to system malfunction, incorrect odds display, or data feed errors.
6.3 Interrupted Sessions. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, 989ph will attempt to resolve the session in accordance with the rules of the specific game. Where resolution is not possible, the relevant game provider's standard disconnection policy shall apply.
6.4 Minimum Wager. Minimum wager amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Wagers below the minimum are not accepted by the 989ph system.

10.2 989ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
10.3 989ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 989ph's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusions are prohibited by Philippine law.
989ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a 989ph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
989ph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 989ph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
12.1 By You. You may close your 989ph account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.
12.2 By 989ph. 989ph may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms, provide false registration information, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to satisfy eligibility requirements, or for any other reason that 989ph deems appropriate in order to protect the integrity of the platform and its other users.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to access the Services terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, 14, and 15 — shall continue to apply.
989ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 989ph platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Where amendments are material, 989ph will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 989ph Services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through 989ph's internal complaints process, accessible via the support team. 989ph will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
